Technology ,are just invented by people and it means that its not perfect. As we use technology as our communication, we experience the occurrence of problems and errors , and it is inevitable , whether we like it or not, time always come that we face this kind of situation. and here are some problems and errors that we may encounter while we are using technology and its really essential that we know how to avoid and prevent it.
Hacking has several meanings,but in the context of ICT, it is normally taken to mean breaking in to a computer system.

copy itself to other computers, without the users knowledge or permission.

I already experienced these of problems and errors that occur in ICT. The thing that I could suggest to avoid being hack by the hacker is that we should always be confidential in our email and passwords and any other private data in our accounts. For the suddenly shutting down of the computers , it is important that we may maintain the cleanliness and well ventilated area for our computers .For the internet that is slow, we should be careful in any application that we’re going to click, for they may cause errors. Being careful and knowledgeable are essential in our daily use of technology as our communication.
